This Privacy Policy explains how Pikul Agency ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data when you use this website or our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This website and our services are provided by R P PIKUL Ltd, trading as Pikul.Agency and Pikul.AI, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10568899, with its registered office at Craven House, 40-44 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BS. R P PIKUL Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration ZC192233. What we collect
When you book a free strategy call or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email and phone number (and, optionally, your website and any message). If you book a call through the calendar on our site, the details you enter are processed by our scheduling provider on our behalf. If you interact with our demo, we process the messages you send. With your consent, we also collect basic usage data through analytics and advertising-measurement cookies (Google Analytics, Meta) - see the Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for the strategy call you booked.
- To contact you about your enquiry, by your preferred method.
- To send you occasional updates, offers and useful tips about our services, where you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing rafal@pikul.agency.
- To improve our website and services.
Lawful basis
We process your enquiry data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit your details) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. To run our website and deliver our service, we use a small number of trusted third-party providers who may process your data on our behalf, in the following categories: website hosting and infrastructure; email and customer-relationship management (CRM); customer messaging and communications; scheduling and calendar; and, where enabled with your consent, website analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta). Each provider acts only on our instructions under a data-processing agreement. If you are a client and require the specific providers we use to deliver your services, we will provide these under our services agreement on request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client - in which case we keep it for the duration of our engagement and for up to 6 years afterwards, to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations - after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email rafal@pikul.agency. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
