These Terms govern your use of the Pikul Agency website. By using this site you accept these Terms. This website is operated by R P PIKUL Ltd, trading as Pikul.Agency and Pikul.AI, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10568899, with its registered office at Craven House, 40-44 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BS.

This website and its content are provided for general information about our services. We may update the content at any time without notice.
The free strategy call
The free strategy call is provided with no obligation. Any figures, estimates or examples discussed are illustrative and not a guarantee of results, which depend on your business and inputs.
Contacting you and marketing
When you send us an enquiry through any channel (phone, WhatsApp, web chat, SMS or email), you agree that we may contact you about that enquiry. When you submit an enquiry or book a free strategy call, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry and our services, including for marketing purposes, by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We will only ever contact you about Pikul Agency. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing rafal@pikul.agency, and we explain how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content, design and brand on this site are owned by Pikul Agency or used with permission. Client names and logos are shown with permission to illustrate our work and remain the property of their owners.
Services
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, cancellation notice and payment terms for that engagement.
Client data and ownership
Where we operate an AI receptionist or messaging system for you, all conversations, contact details, lead information and booking data generated through that system belong to you and your customers. We claim no ownership of, or title to, any of it, and nor does any platform we configure on your behalf. You act as the data controller under UK GDPR; Pikul Agency and our platform providers act strictly as data processors, handling personal data only on your documented instructions under a written data processing agreement, which we provide before your system goes live. On termination, we return or delete this data at your choice within 30 days, except for minimal records we are required by law to keep.
Pricing, VAT and offers
All prices on this website are quoted exclusive of VAT. R P PIKUL Ltd is not currently VAT-registered; if we become VAT-registered, VAT will be added to invoices from the date of registration at the applicable rate, including to discounted or price-locked rates.
Prices published on this website are indicative starting points (“from” prices) for a typical single-location business with standard enquiry and call volumes. They are an invitation to treat, not a contractual offer. The final price for any engagement depends on scope - including enquiry and call volume, number of locations, channels, integrations and compliance requirements - and is confirmed in a written proposal or quote, which prevails over any price shown on this website. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
The birthday launch offer (July to August 2026)
Where the birthday launch offer was claimed (offer closed 3 August 2026; terms restated here in full, archived copy available on request): (a) the 41% discount applies to the setup fee only, on any Pikul AI service, for clients whose discovery call was booked by Monday 3 August 2026, 23:59 UK; the call itself may take place on any day in August 2026; (b) monthly service fees remain payable at the published rate, which for the first ten qualifying clients is fixed for 12 months from go-live; (c) the £100 reservation payment claims one of the ten launch places on payment and locks the published offer terms in writing; it holds the place until 48 hours after the discovery call; it is deducted in full from the first invoice; it is refundable in full if, after the discovery call, either party decides not to proceed, or if all ten places are taken before the call takes place, with refunds returned to the original payment method, typically within five to ten working days; a missed call does not forfeit the reservation and is simply rebooked within August; (d) the ten launch places are allocated to the first ten committed clients: a paid reservation claims a place immediately, and remaining places go to the first signed client agreements; (e) the additional launch benefits (Prospect Vault Max free for 41 weeks and thereafter at 41% off the published monthly rate, the first lead list built during the deep-dive, a priority build slot, done-for-you setup, a 4-hour marketing deep-dive, monthly 1-hour sessions while the subscription remains continuously active, the 41-messages playbook, priority support, and preferential rates on other Pikul Agency services, agreed per project in writing) apply to the first ten signed clients while their subscription remains continuously active, subject to fair use, availability and compliance terms; continuation of Prospect Vault after the free 41 weeks is by the client's explicit choice and nothing renews automatically; Prospect Vault is provided as tool access set up with the client, or as monthly delivered lists, at the client's choice; where direct access is temporarily unavailable, lists are delivered so nothing is lost; (f) subscriptions run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Founding-seat arrangements agreed privately before this offer are honoured in full on their original terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
