These Terms govern your use of the Pikul Agency website. By using this site you accept these Terms. This website is operated by R P PIKUL Ltd, trading as Pikul Agency and Pikul AI, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10568899, with its registered office at Ealing Cross, 1st Floor, 85 Uxbridge Road, London W5 5TH.

Use of the site

This website and its content are provided for general information about our services. We may update the content at any time without notice.

The initial call

The initial call with Rafal is free of charge and provided with no obligation. Any figures, estimates or examples discussed are illustrative and not a guarantee of results, which depend on your business and inputs.

Contacting you and marketing

When you send us an enquiry through any channel (phone, WhatsApp, web chat, SMS or email), you agree that we may contact you about that enquiry. When you submit an enquiry or book a call, we will contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We only send marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them, and we will only ever contact you about Pikul Agency. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@pikul.agency, and we explain how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, design and brand on this site are owned by Pikul Agency or used with permission. Client names and logos appear to identify past work and remain the property of their owners.

Services

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written service agreement, which sets out the scope, term, notice period and payment terms for that engagement. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of every service agreement and applies from the date you sign it; a countersigned copy is available on request.

Client data and ownership

Where we operate an AI receptionist or messaging system for you, all conversations, contact details, lead information and booking data generated through that system belong to you and your customers. We claim no ownership of, or title to, any of it, and nor does any platform we configure on your behalf. You act as the data controller under UK GDPR; Pikul Agency acts as your data processor, and our platform providers as sub-processors, handling personal data only on your documented instructions under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of your service agreement. On termination, we return or delete this data at your choice within 30 days, and it clears from the platform’s backups within 90 days, except for minimal records we are required by law to keep.

Pricing, VAT and offers

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable at the rate in force.

We do not publish prices. Every engagement is scoped and priced individually, based on its scope (including enquiry and call volume, number of locations, channels, integrations and compliance requirements), and the price is confirmed in a written proposal or quote. Nothing on this website, and no figure given in conversation or by our AI assistant, is a contractual offer; only a written quote is. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
