Lead lists that were checked alive this morning.

For businesses that sell to businesses: 200 local company leads a month, built to your exact niche and area, each one verified against the company’s own live website at the moment we search, not pulled from a database everyone else has already hammered.

Outreach-ready, deduplicated against your existing contacts, with a compliance note in every delivery.

Why bought lists underperform

A bought list is a photograph. Usually an old one.

Most lead databases were scraped once and resold for months or years. By the time a list reaches you, a chunk of it is dead, and the live rows have been emailed by everyone else who bought the same file.

Dead rows mixed in

Closed businesses, expired websites, changed hands: static exports can’t tell you which rows died since the scrape. You find out one bounce at a time.

Rented to your competitors

The same rows get sold to every agency and freelancer chasing your niche. Your “fresh outreach” lands fourth in an inbox that’s already annoyed.

Guessed contact details

Pattern-guessed emails bounce, and bounces hurt your sender reputation, the quiet way a cheap list gets expensive.

How it works

Built fresh, to your spec, every month.

You brief once. The Vault refreshes monthly, and the spec can change whenever your targeting does.

  1. The brief

Niche, area, size, exclusions, and who not to include (your clients, live prospects, anyone who’s opted out). Ten minutes, once.

  2. Live search

We search live local business data at build time, not a stored database, so the list reflects who’s actually trading this month.

  3. Live verification

Each candidate’s own website is checked at that moment. Down, parked or closed means dropped. It never reaches your list, and you never pay for it.

  4. Clean delivery

A tidy sheet: business name, website, phone, published email where available, address, category, review rating. Deduplicated against your suppression list, ready for your outreach tools.

  5. Monthly refresh

New leads every month. Change the niche or the area any time: the Vault follows your strategy, not the other way round.

Compliance

The compliance note in every delivery.

Business-to-business outreach in the UK is workable and legitimate when it’s done properly: you identify yourself and your company, you make opting out easy and honour it immediately, and you screen against the TPS/CTPS before any calls. Corporate emails sit differently from personal ones under PECR, and the one-pager in every Vault delivery walks you through exactly where the lines are.

To be plain about the split: we build and verify the data; the outreach is yours, from your systems, in your name. If you want the sending machine built too (sequences, inbox setup, reply handling by AI), that’s a separate conversation and we do it properly.

Every delivery includes the compliance one-pager and your standing suppression list, honoured forever.

200live-verified leads a month, built to your spec. Measure it against what one new client is worth to you.
Pricing

Priced on the call.

Every engagement is scoped on a call and quoted in writing before work starts. Larger and multi-site systems are scoped individually.

One-off Vault

A single build to one spec, to test the water before subscribing. Up to 300 leads.

Prospect Vault

200 live-verified leads a month, monthly refresh, spec changes any time, compliance one-pager. The standing supply.

Vault plus outreach build

We set up the sending machine too: sequences, inbox warm-up guidance, AI reply handling.

Worth anchoring to your own numbers: know what one new business client is worth to you before you buy anyone’s leads, including ours. Results are possible, not guaranteed.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Where does the data come from?
Live public business listings searched at build time, and the business’s own live website checked at that moment, which is where the published contact details come from. No bought databases, no stored files resold for months.
Is it legal to email businesses from this list?
B2B outreach done properly is workable under UK rules: identify yourself, make opting out easy, honour it instantly, and screen against TPS/CTPS before calls. Corporate addresses sit differently from personal ones under PECR: the compliance one-pager in every delivery walks you through it, and sole traders get flagged so you can treat them with the stricter rules they’re owed.
Is the list exclusive to me?
It’s built fresh to your spec, for you, not pulled from a shared file. We don’t resell your list. If two clients ever briefed identical specs in the same area, we’d tell both. Conflicts get flagged, not buried.
What niches does this work for?
Local, findable businesses: clinics, trades, salons, gyms, restaurants, professional services. Anyone with a real website and a real address. It’s the wrong tool for enterprise software targets or companies with no local footprint, and we’ll say so rather than sell it to you.
What about bounces and dead leads?
Live verification keeps them rare, and it can’t make them zero: businesses close mid-month. Flag anything dead and we’ll look at it for your next batch. You should expect a live-checked list to behave visibly better than a stored one; that’s the entire reason it’s built this way.
Can you do the outreach for me?
We can build the machine: sequences, sending setup, and AI answering every reply and booking the calls. That’s scoped separately because it’s real work. The Vault is quoted on its own either way.
