05 · What protects the client

The term and notice period are written into the service agreement before any work begins; multi-site agreements are agreed individually. Because every build is custom, the build fee is not refundable.

Conversation data is hosted primarily in the EU, and the data-processing agreement lists every sub-processor and where it processes data. The client is the data controller and Pikul acts as processor under a written data-processing agreement. Customer conversations are not used to train public AI models.
